Return Policy
Once an order is confirmed, Gawdee Organic Pvt Ltd will not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the situations below, we are more than happy to work with our consumers to find a genial resolution that is fair to all parties.
In case of damaged products:
- Please notify Gawdee Organic of any damaged products within 5 days of delivery by emailing us at info@gawdee.com or WhatsApp +91 70552 07030
In your email, please include your order number, an image of the invoice, one image of the outer box, and two clear images of the damaged product. - Gawdee Organic will promptly resend and replace the products and work with you to find an amicable solution.

In case of Missing product:
- Gawdee Organic needs to be notified of missing products within 5 days from the delivery date via email to info@gawdee.com or WhatsApp at +91 70552 07030
- Email will be responded to within 24 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
- We will be unable to accept a refund request. But we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product.
In case of spoiled product:
- Gawdee Organic needs to be notified of product spoilage within 5 days from the delivery date via email to info@gawdee.com or WhatsApp at +91 70552 07030
- In the email, order number, date of packaging/ date of manufacture, clear images, or video of the product to be shared.
- We cannot accept returns based on variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma. Our products are completely natural and handcrafted, resulting in unique batches. We ensure that no compromises are made in our natural production process, the use of high-quality natural ingredients, and the retention of maximum nutritional value.
- Products will be replaced following a thorough investigation, always ensuring a fair outcome.
- We will work with you to provide an amicable solution.
